Slovan won 2:1 in a tough match against Slovácko
Uherské Hradiště/Liberec - Coach Kozel´s players went on a long trip to Uherské Hradiště, where they were awaited by Slovácko, strengthened by their success in the form of promotion to the Europa Conference League. Theodor Gebre Selassie opened the scoring at the end of the first half, then Daníček was sent off. At the start of the second half, Mick van Buren took advantage of a powerplay and Mihálik reduced the deficit for the home side from a penalty. The rest of the match the Liberec players fought back and earned a valuable 2:1 win.
Slovan tied with České Budějovice 1:1, opponent equalized in the end
Liberec - Slovan played their second home game against Ceske Budejovice. They were the better and more active team for most of the game. Our goal was scored in the 22nd minute by van Buren. We were also better in the second half, but towards the end the opponent fought back as well. This finally brought them an equaliser when Havel scored in the 90th minute. The final score was 1:1.
A bad end of the first half decided that Slovan lost in Ďolíček against Pardubice 1:2
Praha/Liberec - A duel between a 100% successful team and a team that hasn´t won a point yet. This was the match between Slovan Liberec, who came to Prague Ďolíček to challenge Pardubice. Unfortunately, the teams did not build on these series. Pardubice decided at the end of the first half when Hlavatý and Vlček scored. Slovan reduced the deficit at the beginning of the second half thanks to Kozák. However, we failed to equalise and we lost to Pardubice 1:2.
Mick van Buren scored a hat-trick and Slovan beat Teplice 5:1!
L i b e r e c - After the win against Sparta in the first round, Slovan started confident into the match and looked for goals that soon came. Doumbia, Talovjerov and van Buren scored the goals that secured the 5:1 win over Teplice and leaving Slovan on top of the table for now.
Slovan showed a fierce performance and beat Sparta 2:1 in the first round!
Praha/Liberec - Slovan footballers entered the new FORTUNA:LIGA season victorious, beating Sparta 2:1. They were on their way and already in the 20th minute they were leading 2:0. The Prague team managed to get back on track in the second half, but despite great catching by Vliegen, they only managed to score once and only adjusted the score to the final 1:2.
Pavel Marek will be the new director of the club
Liberec - The outgoing Libor Kleibl will be replaced as director of FC Slovan Liberec by Pavel Marek, a long-time member of the club´s executive board.
A-team is already training in Liberec, Matyáš Kozák also joined
Liberec - On Tuesday morning, Slovan´s players started their first joint training under the supervision of coach Luboš Kozel and his assistants at the U Nisy stadium. Four weeks of preparation in home conditions await them before they leave for the game camp in Austria.
Players underwent physical tests in Prague at the beginning of the summer preparation
Prague - The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University is the traditional place for physical tests of our league football players. It was no different at the beginning of this summer training.

Liberec - After the end of Miroslav Holeňák, who headed for a coaching engagement in the second league Varnsdorf, a new assistant Jakub Harant will become a member of the coaching staff of our A-team.
Gebre Selassie and Rabušic signed new contracts
Liberec - Both won the championship ten years ago and both will continue their playing careers under Ještěd next season. Thirty-five-year-old Theo Gebre Selassie and thirty-two-year-old Michael Rabušic have signed new contracts for the upcoming season.
Talented Ukrainian midfielder Ivan Varfolomeyev joins Slovan
Liberec - The 18-year-old midfielder comes from Ruch Lvov, with whom he won the top Ukrainian competition in the under-19 category. Despite his young age, he has already joined the local A-team in the Ukrainian Premier League and made his first starts among adults. He has also been through the youth national teams of Ukraine. At the end of last season he was already training in Liberec.
