Our players in youth national teams, who was nominated?

Redakce
Liberec - Three Slovan players have been called up to the youth national teams. Višinský and Aligajić have been invited to the U19 category, while Fukala is among the U21 players. Both national teams will play matches in the framework of the European Championship qualification.

Michal Fukala - U21

The first of the nominated Slovan players is Michal Fukala. The 21-year-old defender was traditionally called up for the next two qualifying matches. The Czech U21 will play two matches that fall under the qualification for the next European Championship. So far, they have managed to play six games and are leading their Group G. However, with 13 points they are catching up with England (10 points), who have two games to play. The rest of the group is, with one exception, fairly even: Albania (9 points), Slovenia (8 points), Kosovo (6 points) and Andorra without a point.

Our U21 have a duel with Albania first (25 March), then a match with Andorra (29 March). Michal Fukala has a chance to play his ninth game for the U21s.

Denis Višinský and Denis Alijagić - U19

Višinský and Aligajić are the next two Slovan players to receive a national team invitation. The U19s will face three opponents in the elite stage of the qualification for the EURU in March. The Czechs will first face Bosnia and Herzegovina at home (23 March), then they will travel to France (26 March) and finally to Sweden (29 March).

Višinský, an 18-year-old midfielder, has made nine starts for the national team so far, scoring one goal. Aligajic, who is also 18, has only two so far.
