Amazing start into the season - 3:1 against Baník Ostrava

Liberec - Not even two months since Slovan´s last league game and another one has already been played, this time in the new season. Baník Ostrava came to Ještěd. Players of both teams were very active from the beginning and played very offensive football. But our players had more of the game. During the first half Slovan players turned their activity into a goal twice. The first time Kpozo knocked the ball into his own goal, the second time it was Červ who scored. In the second half Baník wanted to take a breath. A penalty in the 46th minute, converted by Tetour, helped them to do so. Doumbia increased the score to 3:1. Slovan managed to enter the league victorious.
