Commentary

The match against second Sparta could give us an opportunity to fight for Champions league. Our team tried to enter the match with activity and in fourth minute Daniel Bartl sent dangerous cross to the big square, where Kevin Luckassen didn´t manage to score. The Coufal shot after corner kick, but the defense of Sparta blocked it.

After moving first minutes was match more calm. The biggest chance of first 30 minutes had Dočkal, whose shot blocked Pokorný. In 32nd minute Ladislav Krejčí gave Sparta lead, when managed to score through Václav Hladký, who must replace Tomáš Koubek, regular player of Sparta, who is in Slovan just for a loan. After another 6 minutes Lukáš Juliš doubled leading of Sparta. The big part of this goal again did Bořek Dočkal.

Slovan was shocked and the beggining of the second half was better for home team as well. 6 minutes after change of sides scored Tiemoko Konaté and the match was decided. After third goal Sparta played with calm. Best chance of Slovan had Bartl, but his shot saved Bičík.

After bad performance our team lost a chance for next year in Champions league and must watch back for third place, fourth Mladá Boleslav is close.
