Teplice
Commentary
The ninth round offered North Bohemian derby between Teplice and Slovan Liberec. In the first ten minutes there was a first change of the score noticed. Roman Potočný, former player of Teplice, scored by rebound and Liberec took the lead. After this action a substitution of home goalie was required due to injury and Diviš could show his quality replacing Grigar.
Then, Teplice could tied the score. Vaněček tried his luck from the line of the box, but he aimed too high. Also the action before Diviš´s net had the same end. This time it was Kerbr who shot over the crossbar. Teplice tried to catch the deficiency, but they cannot figure out how to cross the half line. In 31st minute another chance for Liberec came. Folprecht found Kerbr, who was aiming into the far post, but he was too precise and ball hit the post. According to the known football rule the goal on another side has come. David Vaněček found the ball in the box after the corner and he luckily got it behind the goal line.
After ten minutes of the second half there was a set-piece to visiting team given. Roman Potočný kicked the ball from a quite long distance, but Diviš was ready and he saved his team from conceding another goal. The decisive moment came at the end of the match. Teplice made great pressure and for a long time they were clutching Liberec near to Slovan´s goalkeeper. What was the result? Winning goal of Jan Rezek, who shot from the second wave and Hladký had no chance to stop it.
