No goals in Ostrava - 0:0 against Baník
Ostrava/Liberec - Despite being outnumbered for 30 minutes, FC Slovan Liberec players managed to take a point from Ostrava. After Dominik Preisler was sent off, the focus was mainly on our goalkeeper Olivier Vliegen, who held on to the draw with great saves.
Slovan showed a fierce performance in a dramatic match against Slavia and won a valuable point
Liberec - In the 24th round of the top Czech league, Slavia Prague visited the U Nisy stadium. Slovan took the lead in the first half thanks to a goal by Červ. However, Slavia managed to turn the game around in the second half when Olayinka and van Buren scored. Slovan didn´t give up and in a long setup, Olatunji equalized for the final 2:2.
The black streak continues - Slovan lost 0:4 in Mladá Boleslav
Without the suspended Lukáš Červ, Christian Frýdek and coach Luboš Kozel plus numerous injuries, FC Slovan Liberec went down without a fight in Mladá Boleslav. The team was already 3-0 down after 19 minutes and could not recover.
Slovan failed to beat Bohemians at home, losing 1:3
Liberec - Bohemians arrived at the U Nisy stadium as part of the 22nd round of the highest Czech league. Although our team was slightly better in the first half, it was the opponent who scored two goals. After the change of sides there was a hint of hope with a goal by Prebsl, but Matoušek made the final difference with his second goal. Slovan lost to Bohemians 1:3.
Slovan knocked out of the cup after dramatic game, lost to Sparta on penalties
Liberec - The MOL Cup quarter-final was held at the U Nisy stadium, where Slovan faced Sparta Prague. The match offered a dramatic development. First, Rondić opened the scoring in the fourth minute. However, Sparta worked hard and even turned the match around thanks to two goals by Kuchta. Liberec did not give up and in the second half Rabušic equalised at 2:2. The following penalties were taken by the Prague team and Slovan said goodbye to the Czech Cup for this season.
Slovan failed to surprise the favorite, lost to Plzeň 1:2
Liberec/Plzeň - In the 21st round of the Czech league, the Liberec footballers had a difficult task, as they played on the field of the favored Plzeň. Coach Kozel missed Višinský, Fukala and Mikula. Despite a pleasant performance, Slovan lost 1:2. Kopic and Mosquera scored for the home team, Tupta scored the only goal for Liberec.
Slovan drew 2:2 at home against Sigma, Tupta and Červ scored
Liberec - Coach Kozel´s squad welcomed their opponents from Olomouc in the 20th round of the top Czech league. Due to various health problems, several players were missing in the Liberec nomination. Nevertheless, Slovan took a quick lead thanks to a goal by Tupta in the second minute. However, already in the 20th minute Chytil equalised from a penalty. In the second half, Sigma even took the lead when Navrátil scored. At least a point was saved for the Liberec players by Červ, who equalized with a shot from outside the box in the 79th minute to make it 2:2.
Slovan lost to Slovácko 0:1, Mihálik decided at the very end of the match
Liberec - A good performance was not enough for points. Slovan created a number of opportunities in the first half against Slovácko, but failed to convert any of them. The punishment came at the very end of the 19th round of the FORTUNA:LIGA, when striker Ondřej Mihálik scored with a header.
Slovan scored at the end of both halves and won 2:0 in České Budějovice
České Budějovice/Liberec - After Slovan entered the second half of the season with a 1-1 draw against Pardubice, coach Kozel´s charges travelled to České Budějovice for their first away game of the year. From the beginning of the match our team was more active, which resulted in a goal by Cerv at the end of the first half. The home team was then reduced itself by Adediran in the 77th minute and Rondić took advantage of a powerplay ten minutes later. Slovan won 2:0 against Ceske Budejovice.
Match at U Nisy ended in a draw, Slovan drew with Pardubice 1:1
Liberec - Slovan opened the spring part of the league with a home game against Pardubice. In the first half, Liberec sent Victor Olatunji, who scored in his first start for Slovan. However, in the second half, Plechatý unluckily knocked the ball into the net after a corner and the two teams ended up tied 1-1.
