Slovan said goodbye to the football season with a 0:2 defeat against Sigma

The visitors entered the match better, with Daněk finishing in the second minute. Vliegen made a great save and knocked the ball away with his foot on the front post. Hadash had another chance, first he stuck the ball and then shot on the edge of the box. The Liberec goalkeeper dealt with his attempt. Moments later, Růsek was in a promising position, but his header was just off target. On Slovan's side, Júsuf took the first shot in the 16th minute, the Bahraini striker tested Stejskal with a hard shot from outside the box. However, the Olomouc goalkeeper was ready and covered his attempt from the oncoming players.

Slovan failed to get into the match and Sigma created more chances. After one of them, Hubník found himself in the penalty area, Vliegen pulled off another great save. Moments later he had to fish the ball out of the net. Ondřej Zmrzlý got through after a pass from the right side, after a pass from Chytil, and he hit the empty net himself. In the 38th minute Vliegen scared the home fans, his pass ended up on the foot of Růsk, who took a quick shot. However, the Liberec goalkeeper corrected his mistake and caught the ball. After one of the crosses, Rabušic headed but just missed the target. For Olomouc, Šíp made another shot, but in a big chance he just missed the goal. Slovan tried in vain to correct the result and parted with the league season with a 0:2 defeat. As Mladá Boleslav won 1:0 against Budějovice in the second match and advanced to the final of the Group, Slovan finished in ninth place.
