A-team is already training in Liberec, Matyáš Kozák also joined

Liberec - On Tuesday morning, Slovan´s players started their first joint training under the supervision of coach Luboš Kozel and his assistants at the U Nisy stadium. Four weeks of preparation in home conditions await them before they leave for the game camp in Austria.

Apart from the players whose end we announced after the end of the spring season (Lukáš Štetina, Miroslav Stoch, Júsuf Hilál, Ľubomír Tupta), goalkeeper Milan Knobloch, whose contract with our club has ended, and Filip Havelka, whose loan from Sparta is ending, did not join the summer training. The other players, whose loan spell lasts until the end of June, are still preparing with our team and their future is still being decided. It is already clear in the case of Dominik Plechatý, who will be in our jersey next season.

Ukrainian midfielder Ivan Varfolomeyev and returnees Dominik Gembický, Lukáš Hasalík and Ondřej Lehoczki are training with the league squad. Our youngsters who have trained with the A team before, namely Maxmilián Jiří Kytka and Tomáš Polyák, will also get a chance. A complete newcomer to the team is twenty-one-year-old striker Matyáš Kozák, who comes on loan from Sparta Prague, whose B-team scored 12 goals in the FORTUNA:NATIONAL LEAGUE last season.
