Commentary
One of the key matches of Europa League group F was set between Braga and Liberec. Slovan met the leader of the group F and needed three-point victory to pass throw the group stage.
First attempt on target was made by Kerbr, but his shot saved Magalhaes succesfuly. On the other side Koubek showed amazing reflexive save against Hassan. 28th minute and Bakos’s shot wide from the scoring position.
Seven minutes later Dmitri Jefremov scored his first senior goal and opened the score of the game. Goal happiness didn’t last for long. Before the end of the half Ricardo Ferreira equaled the game from the box.
Second half was whole directed by home team. Hassan shot wide. The only bigger chance of Liberec ended in net, but referee inacurrately saw offside. Then th Estadio Municipal was a witness of Braga’s enormous pressure. At first, Koubek saved the ball after the skirmish in the box. Then Pokorny kicked ball out of the line.
Liberec was tired and Braga used that for many attacks. Koubek was amazing and hold the hope of Liberec to reach the one point. But in the additional time Silva passed to Crislan, who scored the winner.
Slovan lost in Braga meanwhile Marseille won over Groningen. Liberec has to win against Marseille the home match.
