Commentary
At the beggining od the match there was not much to mention. Both teams played even game with a minimum of chances. We had to wait for 20 minutes until an interesting chance happened. Home attacker Zajíc got to the penalty area but right before he was able to shot, the ball got out of his reach.
Ten minutes later a great opportunity for Slovan appeared. Petr Ševčík found Pešek with a long ball, at first his shot was blocked, but then he passed the ball to Aleš Nešický who scored the first goal after a great shot right next to the post.
Home team tried to tie the match until the end of the first half, but did not even managed to create a promising opportunity.
They did better only after minutes of play in the second half. Sadílek got a ball few meters before the penalty area, managed to shot, but missed few inches. Kuchta few moments later tried his luck with a header, but Nguyen came big with a great save.
Slovácko was a bit better team in the second, but it was away team, who had a big opportunity in 68th minute. Pešek got the ball in the penalty area, but his shot was saved by Trmal.
Ten minutes before the end of the match there was a foul and penalty awarded to home team. Kuchta failed to score as Filip Nguyen came with a key save and guaranteed three points for Slovan.
