Commentary
Battle between Slovan Liberec and Baník Ostrava had the same start as previous round. Also in this match the first big action was made by Slovan´s opponent. Oscar was approaching the net but his pass was stolen by the Liberec´s defense. After a few minutes Liberec´s action came. Wiesner send his attempt from a very good position, but Laštůvka was prepared to make a save and clear the ball.
Another dangerous action could be seen in 15th minute as Kačaraba destroyed the pass which aimed to De Azevedo, who was left alone near the Slovan´s net. On the other side of the pitch was also a big chance to score. Laštůvka waited too long with the pass and Pulkrab has a good chance to steal the ball, but he was not successful.
Liberec increase the pressure and it led to the first goal. In the additional time of first half Oscar was in the right position and after the Coufal´s pass could celebrate with his teammates. Baník had a chance to immediately tie the score, but Hladký made the save against the Diop´s header.
The second half begun better from the Slovan´s side. De Azevedo pass the ball into the Filla who was able to ged rid of his guardian and then he send the ball to Tomáš Poznar, who was alone near the open net.
As a result of tied game, both teams added one point to the league table.
