Commentary
The sixth round offered also a battle between Slovan Liberec and Viktoria Plzeň. Plzeň was active from the very beginning and the first chance came in the fifth minute, but Krmenčík was not in a good angle for shooting. But Plzeň took the lead two minutes later and it was Michael Krmenčík who scored. A few minutes later there was another chance for Viktoria's player, but Petržela did not aim as he wanted. Even Ševčík has the goal on his feet, but the mid-range shot missed the net.
The second goal of the visiting team came after twenty minutes of play. Slovan´s defense failed for two times, and Plzeň punished the mistake. At the end of all action was Petržela, who sent the ball between the Kovařík´s legs.
Slovan wanted to catch up quickly and it was Ševčík, who tried his luck, but one of the defensemen was against it. Even Coufal´s try did not find his target.
All the fans, who came to this match had to be pleased because both teams had a lot of chances. The final score was set twelve minutes before the final whistle. The third goal came after the other mistake in home´s defense and Kopic has no difficulties to overcome the goalie.
