Just as the half was about to end, Bohemians managed to tie the score, taking advantage of blown coverage on Elvis Bratanovič who beat Ondřej Kolář from up close in the penalty area to make it 1-1.
Three minutes into the second half, a penalty kick was awarded to the home team after a defensive Slovan foul in the penalty area and Josef Jindřišek made no mistake executing it to give his team a 2-1 lead.
Minute 62, Slovan looking for an answer, Kevin Luckassen takes the ball deep into the penalty area to dish out a low cross right into the center of the box where Josef Šural powered through a couple of defenders to tie the score back at two apiece.
13 minutes later, Slovan took over the lead for the second time in the night, this time with Dzon Delarge beating everybody to the lose ball at the top of the box and just kicking it down low past goalie and in.
To wrap it up at the end of added time concluding the second half, Jiří Fleišman sent out a perfect cross that landed at the feet of Dzon Delarge who precisely executed the opportunity and added his second of the night to make it 4-2 the final.
