Slovan lost rematch against Hradec, but still celebrates the victory of the placement group!

Liberec - In the last league match of this season´s Czech top football competition, the Liberec footballers defended their 4:0 lead from the first match of the final group match against their opponents from Hradec Králové. The course of the duel at the U Nisa stadium suggested another victory for Slovan, but goals by Doumbia and Tupta were not enough to win the match and the Liberec players lost 2:3. In total, however, they dominated the whole placement group and besides the final seventh place they can also be happy with the financial bonus and automatic qualification to the 3rd round of the MOL Cup.
